The Villa

Smallwater lakes Villa (The Lodge) is a traditionally converted barn on 5.5 acres of land.

 It sleeps 7 possible 8 and 1 baby.

 There is a master bedroom that is air conditioned,

 one twin bedroom with two large single beds

 and a mezzanine bedroom with one single bed and one double.

 A portable cot is also available & there is also a sofa bed in the living room.

The Villa is central heated & also has a large log burning fire for the colder months.

 It is fully equipped, with everything usually found at home,

 including UK free to air satellite TV, Ipod docking station, dvd player,

  Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer plus linen and towels are included.

 The Villa also has a covered terrace for dining and lounging outside

 with a large barbecue plus a 5 meter diameter round above ground swimming pool.

 All situated on 5.5 acres of private grounds with two private fishing lakes

 containing big carp up to 50lb plus big tench, bream & perch etc.

 You can fish all day and night if you want at no extra cost.

 The local Area around the villa is ideal for walking and cycling, as it is very rural,

 but it is also within easy reach of all amenities and many other activities.

 Dax with every shop imaginable is only 10 minutes away.

 Clermont has it's own bar restaurant and small shop and is only a 10 minute walk .

 The Nearest market town is Pomarez 5 km away

which has is own little supermarket and post office, doctors surgery,

 hairdresser and tennis courts.
